Grant Application

Dear Partner in Education:
 
The Ballston Spa Educational Foundation was formed to raise, manage and distribute financial and non-financial resources for educational enrichment.   We are beginning our fall 2011 grant cycle and encourage you to submit an application.  Funds from this grant cycle will be available in December, 2011.
 
You are invited to apply for funds by completing an application form.  You can fill out our online fillable Word document and  email it at the address below or you can simply print off a form or pick one up in your principal’s office and deliver it to the District Office by the deadline below.  The forms are available on our website at: www.ballstonspaeducationfoundation.com.
 
Priorities will be given to projects that address the Foundation’s mission and are educationally enriching, innovative, creative and include a plan for continuation beyond Foundation support.  If you have previously applied for a grant and it was not approved, you may re-submit the proposal, or a new version of the proposal, for this review cycle.   
 
YOU MAY SEND AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF YOUR APPLICATION TO THE BSEF GRANT COMMITTEE CHAIR, CHERYL SOVERN, AT THE FOLLOWING EMAIL: csovern@nycap.rr.com.  Your application and any supplementary information should be received by no later than Friday, November 4, 2011.  If you are unable to email the application, you may also apply by delivering one copy of the signed application to the Foundation’s mailbox at the District Office no later than 4 pm on Friday, November 4, 2011.  We are unable to accept applications by facsimile.
